Vegas - Night One!

So far we're all accounted for so looks like we survived the first night in Vegas. Some good gambling and a late...late...night.

Singapore Cont

I wanted to share some more picts from Singapore. Really beautiful city. Even though there are a million laws: no chewing gum, no spitting, no litering...and the list goes on. This might seem like a drag but in fact Singapore is a really fun place. I went-out bar hopping and clubbing each night and had a blast.

Leena showed me a ton of great spots and I made friends with a guy named Alpha who works for one of the companies we are working with. He showed me some amazing restaurants and cool local spots. Singapore, while a very small country - only about 4 million people, has plenty to do and lots of great sights to see.

One thing to know about Singapore it never drops below 90 degrees year-round, so super ultra hot all the time.

Below are some more picts:

Singapore

I can honestly say that Singapore has changed my life. An amazing country and some incredible people here. I have successfully closed both deals on Hong Kong and Singapore and am very happy with the results.

Met an amazing girl in Singapore and have been spending all my free-time with her. It will be sad to leave this place even though I am excited about heading-off to Australia. I'll post more picts for now I have just one to sum-up the experience here:

Hong Kong++

Wow...I'm still in awe of this city. Went for a great walk around the city last night. There is so much to do here. I've been in meetings all day so nice to go explore around at night. I went to Dim Sum with our VP yesterday and it was amazing. We were the only non-chinese in the restaurant and they had no idea what we were ordering. At one point I moved my chopsticks horizontal and ended-up offending a table of about 6 people next to us (turns out pointing your chopsticks at someone - even if unintentional - is like giving them the finger). Regardless, amazing food and culture here.

Today I went for an amazing run on Victoria Peak - the highest mountain on the island. I can honestly say that the view is the most amazing thing I have ever seen in my entire life. Literally breathtaking. I didn't bring my camera on the run so next best thing is this great pict that Wikipedia had on their site:

Tonight I am flying to Singapore for more meetings. Our flight was supposed to leave at 8:00PM however it is delayed so won't leave until around 2:00AM. This means we get into Singapore at around 6:30AM so after going through customs, etc. we should be at our hotel around 8:30AM, just in time for our 10:00AM meeting! I am very excited about seeing Singapore though, should be another great adventure!

Had a meeting today in Times Square (yes Hong Kong has one too). Really cool place, people everywhere:

Below are some picts of my adventures last night:

And below is my new favorite drink...I got it because I thought the name was rediculous...turns out it is great!

First Morning in Hong Kong

So I'm not usually a morning person but this place is too exciting to sleep. I woke-up naturally at around 5:45AM. There is an amazing park across from our hotel where hundreds of people do Tai Chi each morning. I went for a nice morning walk and made the mistake of brining my jacket...it is warm here all the time, I need to remember that I'll be fine with just a t-shirt. Below are picts of this morning excursions:
